1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PPSS SkateBag website and online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

 

2. About PPSS SkateBag
​

PPSS SkateBag is an Australian sports team brand. We design our own products, which are manufactured overseas and supplied directly to customers through our online store.

Unless otherwise specified, all products sold are pre-order items.

3. Pre-Order Policy

3.1 Pre-Order Model

 

All products listed in our online store are sold on a pre-order basis, unless expressly stated as “In Stock”.

​

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins after the pre-order period closes or after your order is received.

  • A minimum waiting period of 30 days applies.

  • Manufacturing and international freight may result in longer timeframes.

  • Estimated delivery dates are approximate only.

 

We will communicate updates where possible, but delays outside our control (including manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, customs processing or global supply chain issues) may occur.

3.2 No Cancellations After Production Commences

 

Once a pre-order has been submitted and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please ensure sizing, quantities and shipping details are correct before checkout.

​

4. Pricing & Payment
​

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

 

Payment methods are processed securely via our website provider and payment gateway.

 

We do not store full credit card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Dispatch Timeframes

​

As products are pre-order and manufactured overseas:

  • Orders will be dispatched after production and bulk shipment to Australia.

  • A minimum 30-day production period applies.

  • Shipping timeframes begin only once items are dispatched.

 

5.2 Delivery Responsibility

 

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive tracking details (where available).

  • We are not responsible for courier delays.

  • We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Change of Mind
​

Due to the pre-order manufacturing model, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Delays caused by production or freight

 

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you need any assistance with sizing. 

 

6.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
​

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty

  • Is not fit for purpose

  • Does not match its description

 

If you believe your item is faulty, email us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault

 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Minor variations in colour (due to screen differences) or slight manufacturing tolerances do not constitute a fault.

​

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Variations
​

Because our products are manufactured overseas:

  • Slight colour variations may occur between screen images and final products.

  • Minor size tolerances (±1–2cm) may occur.

  • Print placement may vary slightly.

 

These variations are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property
​

All designs, logos, product artwork, branding and content on this website are the intellectual property of PPSS SkateBag.

​

You must not:

  • Reproduce

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Modify

  • Use for commercial purposes

Without our prior written consent.

9. Website Use
​

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Upload malicious software

  • Misrepresent your identity

 

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse occurs.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Manufacturing delays

  • International freight disruptions

  • Customs delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

 

12. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988.

13. Eligibility
​

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.

 

14. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
